Phuket's best zipline parks compared: Flying Hanuman and Hanuman World (two separate parks), Phuket Paradise and Skyline Adventure, with real zipline prices from $30, platform counts, transfers and limits.
What You Should Know
- Phuket's zipline parks sit in the forested hills inland from the west-coast beaches. The two best known, Flying Hanuman in Kathu and Hanuman World in Chalong, are separate parks with different owners, despite the similar names.
- Courses are sold by platform count: roughly 10 to 12 platforms for a short taster, 18 to 28 for the standard course, and 32 to 42 for the longest. Sessions run 2 to 3 hours, with fixed start times from 8:00am to 3:00pm.
- Zipline courses on the tours we compared cost $30 to $104 per person. The cheapest "from" price shown when you book is often a different activity (a canopy walk, a night luge ride or a 30-minute ATV), so check which option the price is for.
- The parks that publish a weight limit set it at 120 kg, and most set a minimum age of 4. Several ATV combos include the Big Buddha: one listing still says it is closed after a landslide, but 2026 guests on other tours describe visiting it, with shoulders and knees covered.
- Expect waiting and walking. Both Hanuman parks start with a steep uphill walk, and recent Hanuman World guests repeatedly describe long queues at check-in and the roller zipline when the park is busy. Platform counts also overstate the zipping: Hanuman World's 32 platforms hold 16 ziplines.
Ziplining in Phuket: Which Park Is Which
Flying Hanuman is our pick for the best zipline in Phuket, with a 4.9 rating from 1,535 reviews and 12, 28 and 42-platform courses from $59. Hanuman World is the better alternative if you specifically want a roller zipline and a rainforest skywalk.
Phuket ziplining means a morning or afternoon at one of a handful of jungle parks in the hills behind the beaches. You are clipped in from start to finish while instructors move you between treetop platforms, with sky bridges, spiral staircases and short abseils between the lines. Most tours below include hotel transfers from the main west-coast beaches.
The first thing to know is that Flying Hanuman and Hanuman World are two different parks. Flying Hanuman is in Kathu, near Kathu Waterfall; Hanuman World is in Chalong and adds a roller zipline, a rainforest skywalk and an evening luge. The other tours here run at smaller parks and are usually sold as ATV and zipline combos, including the Phuket Paradise ATV and zipline tour, which our Phuket ATV tour comparison sets against three other ATV rides.
Flying Hanuman: Zipline Experience
12, 28 or 42-platform courses with zone transfers and insurance, and a meal on the 42-platform option; the most-reviewed and highest-rated zipline park on the island.

ℹ️ Prices, ratings, and review counts were verified by our editorial team in October 2026. Prices set in Thai baht were converted to USD at the October 8, 2026 rate (33.66 THB per USD). Each listing also sells non-zipline options (a canopy walk, night luge rides, ATV-only rides), so the lowest price shown when you book may not be a zipline course.

Flying Hanuman, Phuket Paradise, Click2Go and Skyline Adventure all set a maximum weight of 120 kg for ziplining, and Flying Hanuman also lists health conditions it advises against, including pregnancy, back or joint injuries, and heart conditions. Most parks set a minimum age of 4, and Phuket Paradise does not recommend its tour for anyone over 70.
Most guests find a course is as much walking and balancing as zipping: sky bridges, spiral staircases and a vertical drop break up the lines, and instructors clip and unclip you at every platform.
Phuket's Zipline Parks and Tours, Reviewed
Each option below is a full zipline course with instructors and safety gear, so beyond the listing facts we looked at the themes that recur in their recent and low-rated reviews: queues, the climb to the first platform, and how much of the course is zipping rather than waiting.
Flying Hanuman: Zipline Experience
The most-reviewed zipline park on the island, in Kathu near Kathu Waterfall. Choose 12 platforms with a canopy walk ($59), 28 platforms ($74) or 42 platforms with a meal ($98). The course mixes ziplines with sky bridges, spiral staircases and abseil points, and the listing claims Phuket's longest line at 400 m. Transport within the pickup zone and insurance are included. 1,416 of its 1,535 ratings are five stars. Guests warn of a steep, hot climb at the start and a vertical drop partway round, and say the staff let nervous riders go at their own pace. Photos and video are sold at the end.
Check availabilityHanuman World: World A+ (32 Platforms)
Hanuman World's longest course, at its park in Chalong: 16 ziplines across 32 platforms, five sky bridges, three abseils and a jungle roller zipline that the park says reaches 40 km/h, plus the rainforest skywalk and a set menu. It is the most expensive course here. Its ratings are more mixed than its shorter B+ course: 11 of its 241 are one star, and the recent ones share a theme. On busy days guests describe an hour or more waiting at check-in and again for the roller zipline, with one saying a three-hour package took seven, and two describing harnesses that smelled. Return transfers can run on a fixed schedule, so ask when the van leaves.
Check availabilityHanuman World: World B+ (18 Platforms)
The same park, roller zipline, skywalk and set menu over a shorter 18-platform, 9-zipline course that takes about two hours, with hotel pickup included. A good fit if you want the roller zipline without the full three hours. Both Hanuman World tickets can add two rides on the park's luge. Guests on the B+ course mention the same queues as A+ and a steep path up to the start, and note that drinks, including water, are extra at the buffet.
Check availabilityOh-Hoo: Phuket Paradise ATV and Zipline
The cheapest way onto a jungle zipline here: 10 platforms for $30, 18 for $50 or 32 for $68, with ATV and paintball add-ons and free transfers from Patong, Kata, Karon, Rawai and Chalong. Other areas pay a surcharge, from 300 THB per person to 2,000 THB per car. Child tickets cover ages 4 to 14, and the listing does not recommend it for anyone over 70. Guests rave about zipline guides who film and photograph you on your own phone for free. The trade-offs: transfers are often in an open pickup truck without air conditioning, and several guests found a two-hour ATV ride circled the same tracks, so one hour is plenty. 2026 guests describe riding to the Big Buddha or a jungle swing. We'd book this if you want the most zipping for the money and do not mind an open-air truck ride.
Check availabilityClick2GoThailand.com: ATV and Zipline
A combo built around an ATV ride toward the Big Buddha, with 10, 18 or 32-platform zipline options from $38. Guests say the ATVs actually ride a separate fenced track, and a truck takes you the rest of the way to the Big Buddha; the listing still says the temple is closed after a landslide, so confirm before you book. Transfers are by modified pickup truck from the main southern and west-coast beaches. Children under 14 ride the ATVs as passengers only. Guests consistently praise the free photos and videos the guides take on their phones.
Check availabilityOh-Hoo: Skyline Adventure Zipline and ATV
An 18 or 33-platform zipline at Skyline Adventure Phuket, with an optional ATV ride. It lists free pickup from Kamala and Kalim as well as Patong, Karon, Kata and Rawai; the Phuket Paradise and Click2Go combos charge extra for Kamala. It has the smallest review base on this page (18 in total, 12 in the last year), so weigh its rating accordingly. Guests note that 18 platforms does not mean 18 ziplines, that closed shoes are needed (or rented), and that the ATV trail gets dusty.
Check availabilityHanuman World vs Flying Hanuman: Which Hanuman Zipline?
Searches for a Hanuman zipline in Phuket land on two different parks with similar names:
- Flying Hanuman is in Kathu, near Kathu Waterfall. It sells 12, 28 and 42-platform courses, has the larger review base (1,535 reviews at 4.9), and offers combos with ATV rides, an elephant sanctuary or a Hanuman World visit (our Phuket elephant sanctuary comparison covers the sanctuaries themselves).
- Hanuman World is in Chalong. Its A+, B+ and C+ tickets cover 32, 18 and 10 platforms, and every ticket adds a roller zipline, a rainforest skywalk and a set menu. In the evening the same park runs a luge.
We'd give Flying Hanuman the edge for most visitors: it has the longest course and the stronger review record, and its guests rarely mention the queues that dominate Hanuman World's recent low ratings. Choose Hanuman World if the roller zipline, skywalk or an evening luge appeals, or if you are staying in the south of the island.
Zipline Near Patong
There is no established zipline park on Patong Beach itself, but every tour on this page picks up from Patong. Flying Hanuman's park in Kathu is in the hills just inland, and the ATV and zipline combos pick up from Patong at no extra cost. A few newer courses on the hills around Patong are listed too, but they had too few reviews for us to include.
Who Should Skip Ziplining
Reviews point to three groups who come back disappointed:
- Anyone with bad knees or hips. Both Hanuman parks begin with a steep, uneven walk uphill in the heat before the first platform.
- Travellers short on time in peak season. At Hanuman World, the most common complaint is waiting: for check-in, between platforms and for the roller zipline. If your day is tight, book an early slot or choose a smaller park.
- Thrill-seekers expecting nonstop zipping. A large share of each course is sky bridges, staircases and waiting your turn on a platform, and a few guests found the lines tamer than the marketing.
Nervous first-timers, on the other hand, are among the happiest reviewers: across all six tours, guests with a fear of heights describe instructors who slowed down and talked them through.
How Much Do Phuket Zipline Tours Cost?
Zipline courses cost $30 to $104 per person on the tours we compared, depending mostly on the number of platforms. Transfers from the main beaches are included on most of them. We think the tradeoff is time, not money: guests at the smaller combo parks describe little queueing, while Hanuman World's busier park can stretch a two-hour ticket well past the listed time.
10 to 12 platforms
Phuket Paradise 10 platforms ($30), Click2Go 10 platforms ($38) and Flying Hanuman 12 platforms with a canopy walk ($59).
18 to 28 platforms
Skyline Adventure 18 platforms ($40), Phuket Paradise 18 platforms ($50), Click2Go 18 platforms ($59), Flying Hanuman 28 platforms ($74) and Hanuman World B+ with roller zipline and set menu ($89).
32 to 42 platforms
Skyline Adventure 33 platforms ($61), Phuket Paradise 32 ($68), Click2Go 32 ($83), Flying Hanuman 42 with a meal ($98) and Hanuman World A+ ($104).
Pickup from outside the free zone can add 300 THB per person to 2,000 THB per car on the ATV and zipline combos, so check your hotel's area before booking.
Our Take
The pattern we keep seeing in the reviews we read is that instructors earn the five-star ratings at every park. What costs stars is everything around the course, from queues at the busiest park to hot truck transfers at the cheapest, so pick the park by how you want the rest of your day to go.
Tips for Ziplining in Phuket
- Check which option the price is for. The headline price on several listings is a canopy walk, a night luge ride or a 30-minute ATV ride, not a zipline course.
- Hanuman World and Flying Hanuman are different parks. Make sure the park on your booking is the one you meant.
- Pick an early slot in the wet season. Morning sessions start at 8:00am or 9:00am at most parks, and Hanuman World's tickets are not listed as cancellable for bad weather.
- Mind the weight limit. The parks that publish one cap ziplining at 120 kg.
- Wear closed shoes and secure clothing, and leave loose items in a locker.
- Cover shoulders and knees for the Big Buddha. Guests on the ATV combos who visited had to buy or borrow a sarong.
- Wear old shoes and washable clothes. ATV trails are dusty or muddy, and one family found wet ziplines after rain left black marks on clothes.
- Hand your phone to the guide on the smaller parks. Guides at Phuket Paradise, Click2Go and Skyline film you for free; at both Hanuman parks, photos are sold at the end.
- Weight is not the only limit. One guest under the weight cap could not fit a harness, so mention it when booking if that is a concern.
How We Selected These Tours
We scanned more than 800 tours departing Phuket for zipline products and kept those with strong ratings and recent reviews. We dropped four listings because their newest reviews were more than six months old, and three more with fewer than three reviews in the past year. We then picked the best option for each type of trip: overall, roller zipline, mid-length, value, ATV combo and Kamala pickup.
Prices, ratings, review counts, durations, session times, age bands, weight limits, health restrictions and inclusions come from each operator's current listing, using the price of each zipline option rather than the cheapest activity sold. Prices set in Thai baht were converted at the October 8, 2026 exchange rate.
Guest observations (queues, transfers, the Big Buddha, photos) come from reviews. For each tour we read up to about 30 of its most recent reviews plus its most recent one to three-star reviews, 201 in total, pulled on October 8, 2026. We report a theme only when it appears in more than one review, and say so when a point rests on a single guest. Where a listing and recent reviews disagree, as with the Big Buddha, we show both.
